Cleary Shea, YHA’s Miami Studio Director, has a keen focus on project schedule, organization, and clear communication. He has executed several high-end residential and commercial projects and is managing current work in Palm Beach, Coconut Grove and two historically significant homes in Coral Gables.

As YHA’s Interior Design Director, Kristie Ollendorf creates interiors in numerous styles and design periods, from Mid-Century Modern and Traditional to Eclectic. She layers genres to balance and juxtapose materials and form, resulting in beautiful, functional spaces that speak to each client’s specific taste and desire.
