YHA collaborated with our client to transform a classic 1920s Upper East Side apartment into a family home. YHA reimagined the floor plan and selected historically appropriate decorative details like the moldings. The resulting interventions were subtle yet impactful, such as reconfiguring the children’s bedrooms, merging two bathrooms in the primary suite, and adding a powder room and storage into the main corridor.
