In McGregor Iowa, YHA is helping to reimagine and restore properties throughout the town as part of a larger development and restoration project our client has undertaken. We started with 127 Main Street a former repair shop, turned small town restaurant “The Station”, with the rich history of the Main Street and unique architecture which guided our inspiration throughout the design process. “The Station” will be a family-friendly destination for everyone. Following “The Station”, we began the design process on 319 Main Street, a boutique hotel nestled within the historic charm of McGregor, this hotel reimagines tradition with thoughtful design and modern whimsy. The boutique hotel reflects our commitment to blending McGregor’s storied past with a dynamic, modern approach. By integrating thoughtful materials, unique architectural elements, and guest-centric design, this boutique hotel aims to be a landmark destination where heritage and hospitality come together seamlessly.
